hey… I believe it is "I Remember You" by Queens Of Dogtown which is off of the season 4 album… They remixed it a little bit and took the chords down a little. But if you compare and contrast I believe it’s the same one. Also If it’s not you going to have to find the score of season 4 which is really hard to do. Good luck though.
