Happy 25th anniversary, Blue Bomber! Here are the Rock and Techno arrange albums from TEAM Entertainment, arranged by Basiscape. I have not listened to them in their entirety yet, but my current consensus is… interesting! I dig it, though I question the Basiscape crew’s definition of "rock". This time I did not bother to include disc/insert scans, since honestly they’re pretty bland. Sorry completionists. At least this is a lot easier to import than the ROCKCAN.
I will add SendSpace links a little later. And maaaaaybe I will even do a FLAC rip, though I tried one already and each track was like 40+ MB. Might as well just make them raw waves. Don’t feel like uploading such a mess though.
Please share freely, but do not remove TMMN’s address from the ID3. Can always mention us if you up them to YouTube as well.
Enjoy!
And would definitely appreciate the FLAC rips if you decide to do them.
Just got done listening to the Rock Arrange… it’s… it’s beautiful. *weeps* It’s much more interesting than the 20th anniversary rock arrange. I like the remixed chiptune-iness of the first medleys. Interesting take on Metalman. Bad ass Cossack intro. Dat Wilyboss medley. It’s all great!
Love it, love it, love it!
The only ones that turned me off quite a bit are Darkman and Solarman.

Gonna have to diasgree the first arrange albums were epic. Maybe I have to listen to these more or listen in flac I can barely listen to mp3’s; they just sound like muffled noise to me. I do love the Bubble Man song though I am happy they used it.
I didn’t say they weren’t. 😛

I totally agree with you, the 20th anniversary one was too noisy, even for rock. This ones are really good.
520MB FLAC? For a single CD? Does that sound right? *shrugs* Did you encode at level 8 for highest compression?
Anyway, what’s usually done is to split it with WinRAR/7zip. RAR the folder out into 200 MB chunks or whatever is best (and choose the Store option, don’t try to compress it anymore).
It would be awesome if you uploaded it. 🙂 Don’t worry about the Techno one. 😉

No I encoded it on least compression because I figured you audiophiles would complain if I used anything else. ;P
Hmm, I’ll see about splitting it I guess, but using the same free storage sites, I dunno if I can add much more…

You should take those FLACs and re-encode them at level 8. You don’t need to re-rip the disc or anything, just re-encode with your media player / editing program / whatever you use. (If it asks you to locate flac.exe, http://www.rarewares.org/files/lossless/flac-1.2.1b.zip.) The audio data is lossless no matter what, it’s just the higher levels give smaller file sizes while sacrificing the speed of the initial encode process, which isn’t much longer at all.
Again, I’d love for you to upload it, no matter what lossless format or file host you use. This is one my favorite MM arranges ever, and I’d get it even if it meant downloading 700 mb at 1 kb/s. 🙂
THANK YOU!
EDIT: This is meant as a response to TC.
