The PSF rip i used didn’t contain any voice tracks and as far as i remember the game doesn’t either.

Just use the "Download" link. The links you mentioned are just text, formatted as links to hide them from unregistered users and bots. Some other users use this method too. If you hover over a link you can see at the bottom-left of your browser window (Chrome) where the link leads; these display the same text as the link title, so they don’t lead anywhere.
