Does anyone have the songs off of Disk 2?

I’m one of those completionist guys when it comes to having the OST music, and I’ve got the first disk already but the second one seems to be missing and I can’t find it all.
There may not be good music on it like on disk 1, but it still has music on it, music I’d like to be able to listen to.

Now, I mean only the first series, since I haven’t watched either sequel yet (not a fan of any sequel, so I’ll probably not ever watch them anyway).
