Is it even released? Was there ever a season 4?

Ah. No. The only official releases for the show itself are the first album, and After Hours. Other albums are cashing in, such as Music Heard On Mad Men, but those are not Carbonara. So, at least seasons 3,4 and 5 are unreleased in an official form.
