Music is composed by Gordy Haab & Kyle Newmaster. All original music, but similar sound as Williams and Star Wars.

That’s because they used Skywalker Studios to record the music, the very same one where the music for the movies was one.
They also did that with The Old Republic, hence why it sounds so powerful and similar to Williams’ music.

No, it sounds similar because they wrote it in a similar style to Williams. And the London Symphonic Orchestra was used to record the music for the original films, not Skywalker Sound. You’re half right.
Skywalker along with LSO were both used to record the prequel trilogy.
Then further editing also took place in Skywalker.
