Yes – the composer info is part of the MP3 files in the game. Unless the rip itself is wrong, then this is official.
Cool!

I do not get that error when I try to download it, and I just have a free, basic account.
I keep getting that error no matter what I do and it’s annoying me because I really wanted this OST.

I have this problem too
Hope this helps.

Oh, and thanks a bunch Doublehex!!! I appreciate the post!!! 😀
Thanks a lot for this… I like the Pandaria soundtrack more than the other WoW’s previous.
Good job 🙂
I’m still listening to this (7 hours worth) and have a question. Some of the tracks have a "jump" in them, is this due to a "looping" condition in the certain areas of the game play rip? The same as a few tracks seem to fade out and then back in during the middle of the tracks. I’m not complaining, just wondering as I’ll eventually clean it up a hair before I burn it to a few discs. 🙂
(and it was the same for me on DL’ing… I had to copy these files into "My Files" on MF in order to download. But that workaround did the trick)
Hawke!
Havent worked for me theres still just 1 file 🙁
Could any of u that already got it reupload somewhere else? Thx a Bunch !
These instructions were forwarded when I had this same issue. I followed them just a day or two ago, and it all worked out.
I had the same error too. However, there is a quick work around…. Apply for a free account, go to the same link and check mark all the files, and then select the ‘Save to My Files’ option [the MY FILES in your new MediaFire account]. After that you can download all the files without that error popping up. I was able to do it a moment ago and it appears to have worked.
Perhaps your issue is in extracting the data from the rar files. I don’t know if you are familiar with the process for downloading multi-part RAR files (I wasn’t when I first started doing them a few years back), but here’s the process as I know it (which has worked for me in THIS instance):
Download all three rar files into the same folder (even if it is simply your Download folder*). Do not try to open all three. Once all three are downloaded, then simply open (extract from) part 3. That’s it. All the files will be there. But they will only be there if you have the all 3 rar files (all 3 parts) already.
I hope this helps.
*I don’t know how important this is, but it is what I do each time.

is it just 1 song?
Stormpanda ~ You’ll be happy to know, it is waaaaaayy more than just one song. It is one of the larges soundtrack files I have ever seen. And not because each file is disproportionately large, but because there are so many of them. It is 103 songs and over 6 hours of music. Incredible.
Can we get a reupload?
Can you re-upload part 1 and 2 ?
Thanks!
Thanks in advance.
Does anyone know where can I get the remaining Rips from the rest of the game/other expansions?
Thanks !
May someone be kind enough to upload please?
Just PM me, and if I still have it, I’ll be glad to send you the link. NOTE: If you simply add to this thread with a request I may not see it.
Addendum Added Jan. 18, 2013: Some members have said it is missing the first track (from the cinematic intro). But others, while acknowledging track #1 is "missing" believe this could be a numbering error. Noting also that in Doublehex’s previous 3 complete WoW expansion sets he starts track 1 as the Main theme and track 2 on this is the Main theme in this set. Whatever the case may be, this is exactly as I got it. It isnt a new upload from me. I just copied the files from the original Mediafire upload to my Mediafire account. And there they sit, ready for downloading. But given the many hours of music Doublehex provided, I certainly haven’t missed it. If you like the files, please remember to thank Doublehex for the work.
