Help with treasure hunter

This trophy is going to be the death of me. I have literally done everything, every accessory and every weapon has at some point been in my inventory, but the trophy still won’t pop. Bhakti keeps telling me there’s still long forgotten equipment somewhere out there or something. I just don’t know what to do, does anyone else have any clue what might be wrong?

At the risk of sounding obvious, the only sure way would be to reacquire all the things you no longer have. If you have all the items in your inventory, then you’ll know for certain that you aren’t missing anything. And yes, that will be one hell of an almighty pain (its where I’m at with getting this trophy, and I just don’t have the mental fortitude to do it, even though I only need this and L’Cie Paragon to get the Platinum).

The painful truth is that either a) you in fact haven’t had all the items, and are misremembering, in which case its impossible to know which ones you haven’t had or b) you need to have had all the components too (which i really hope is not the case, but as we all know, achievement/trophy requirements are often worded quite vaguely or even incorrectly). I suppose you could also add c) its just broken and isn’t unlocking, but I find that a very lazy excuse. People often use this excuse, when in actual fact they have simply not fulfilled the requirements, just thought they had.

All this is absolutely no help, I know. And its where I’ve been with this trophy for nearly a year. I guess that whilst I can be pretty hardcore at times, I’m just not the right level of crazy to want to grind things like this out. I’m not far off, and I’ll go a long way past the edge of sanity for trophies, if I’m into a game. But ones like this are just insane.

So sorry dude, you’re not on your own – you’re just with a guy who can’t help!

I feel very confident that I have had every weapon and accessory at some point in my inventory, I keep checking and checking lists online and I just don’t see anything that’s missing…

You know what, I’m done. That’s it, fuck this game. After 110 hours, 40-50 of which were spent doing nothing but killing turtles, I am fucking done. If it doesn’t want to give me my trophy, that’s fine, I don’t care anymore. I don’t want to have anything more to do with this game.
