thougn it’s not Re-recording, it’s re-issue

This is one of my favorite Barry scores, even though only 7 tracks are instrumentals and the album was only released in mono. A few tracks appeared on various compilations in glorious stereo sound to make me wonder about the rest. Finally, all 7 instrumental tracks were released in glorious stereo on the album John Barry Revisited Part 1 (with the original 12 mono tracks and the 7 instrumentals repeated in stereo). Now on iTunes!
