I notice there are two other reprints (http://www.soundtrackcollector.com/title/10908/Trinity+And+Beyond) by VCE Trinity and BSX Records (BSX supposedy being "newly remastered with improved sound"). El Cid, I didn’t get to download your share…was it from either of these reprints or also from the Filmharmonic Records CD? :’D
This score is awesomely orchestrated and performed, but it also borrows a lot from Mahler, Prokofiev, and Herrmann. Oh well, still very good stuff. The Requiem bit is genius. Lennie Moore helped out a bit with this one too. You can see the similarities to his Outcast score (also performed by the Moscow Symphony.)
