Meanwhile, Dawnguard is now available on PC, so you can just rip the music from the game.

There are half a dozen new tracks. They’re up on YouTube.

Ok, so you can download a software called "Free Youtube To Mp3 Converter" it’s easy to use and it works! You have just to follow the instructions!
If you want to make a rip, just open your Skyrim menu in game and disable SFX’s!Then you can use Audacity to record the sound directly from the game…while gaming!
In my language (French), the record input is "Stereo Mix" I hope it’s the same name in others but I’m not sure!

Edit: I Made a quick search on youtube! Except the Soul Cairn, the others I’ve found already exists in the Skyrim’s Soundtrack! Or They are fan-made.
