Hello, I am relatively new to the website and have taken great interest in the video game music aspect of the site. Just recently I have learned of IRC and its capabilities, and ask of help using it (I am using mIRC). I have read the help page numerous times, to ensure that I am doing everything properly, then read it again so that I don’t screw it up. I am a newbie when it comes to this and didn’t want to come off as annoying and get myself banned. I have been able to connect to the server and channel properly. Now when I type in "!list", I get told that I do not have permission to use that command. Where do I go from here? Any further assistance or tips would be greatly appreciated, as I don’t want to bother anyone.
