Do you think you can get the entire Super Mario 3D Land soundtrack up for download? Including the Game Over music?

Not until either one of two things happen:
1. Nintendo releases a full soundtrack with NO missing tracks (Which in itself is almost impossible since Nintendo very rarely releases a full soundtrack of any game without having at least one track missing)
2. Ripping music from 3DS ROMs is possible

I vote for number 2.

Yeah… me too.
An official soundtrack might be better quality (I say, might)…. however, an actual rip generally ensures that EVERY piece of music is available (unless it’s not able to be played :P)

Take the Super Mario Galaxy 2 soundtrack… these songs aren’t in the soundtrack:

Super Mario Galaxy 2 Music – Cosmic Clones – YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiPYVJ_KC0o)
There’s probably a few other ones, such as the 2 unused Map themes and that unused Galaxy theme

There’s quite a few other ones other than the SMG2 songs you mentioned. There’s also the songs from the original, and I think a few other tracks weren’t in the OST. Either way, I don’t think half of the songs are SMG ports. Anyways, I vote for "when they decode and are able to rip from 3DS", since I don’t think they’ll make an OST of Super Mario 3D Land. Game’s been around for quite a few months.

Well I’m hardly going to count songs that were already in SMG. The 2 I mentioned are based on SMG tracks, but are also different. Heck they included Honeybloom Galaxy’s theme, which is basically the same as the Honeyhive Galaxy, except it sounds different.
