*This is a single song. It comes from a special irregularly-shaped mini CD included in the Devilman Lady High Visual Cards Collection published by the company Face. The CD was not released for individual sale. The CD had two versions, one with Junko Iwao in the front of the disc and one with Devilman Lady. The song was later re-released in an improved and longer form under the title Nayuta no Yume (那由多の夢), which is available in some Junko Iwao’s albums. The song here is the shorter one.

Or there were two versions released with different pics?

The mini CDs are different in shape and image, but the song is the same in both CDs. As I understand it, there was even a draw where the 100 winners got an autographed CD by Junko Iwao. I think there were several events where the song was promoted and even an online streaming with Junko Iwao.
