Here is a line-in rip for max payne 3! (Played on the PC)
The Quality is excelent, 320p and recorded directly from my ASUS Xonar Audio Card. So there is no noise in these tracks.
All tracks is also tagged by Chapter and sequence

But at least the last parts have no drop in the volumes and have many Mins of Great music!

hey…thanx for the effort…just checked the first part…it could be alright if it wasn’t for the constant volume spinning…I got sudden drop off and on …on pretty much every track….too bad !

if you could redo it with a stable and constant volume level..it would be really really appreciated!

Yea, I agree with you.
And it’s sounds like "1 – Max Payne Logo" is in low quality.

Oh, and if you want hear those songs without drop off and on set equalizer like this. For now it works for me good.

The reason for this is becuase of bullet time… and as you know bulletime cannot be deactivated in the game so there is no way out of there.

You might have to not use bullet time, i think its possible to play the game wiithout bullet time in the non scripted shootouts.

Alright, i’m going to try and not use bullet time as much as possible. and i can also rais the volume on the parts where the sound lowers…

dld a trainer, just cheat my way around the levels. so yeah no volume issue except cutscenes and and scriptet bulletime scenes.

Slight correction -track 28 is labeled "It’s Drive or Shoot, Sister" when it’s actually "Sun tan oil, Margaritas and Greed".

If you find the time, it would be awesome to go back to fix the volumes issues of the first two parts (particularly the first part). the tracks on the 3rd part sounds great.

Can’t wait for the "Fat bald dude with a temper" tracks. Beats on there were the illest i’ve heard in a while.

(Making the tracks last a bit longer would be dope too; 2:30 minutes or something, or 1 really long stretch like track 28)

Yes volume is improved but if you can redo part 1 with the volume issues fixed it will be great. Also part 1 and par 2 audio is too low.

i think like a 10 minute long track with all the mixes will be great for the remaining tracks.

i did notice on track 28, there’s a certain mix missing, the part when Passos tries to advance into the building (when the piano keys starts playing). But i could be deaf and not actually heard it.

Just wondering why you recorded with Line-In since it was a PC game and you could get a digital recording by "recording what you can hear" with Audacity or any other software that can record what’s playing on your PC?

Nice effort man.

You could do better though. There’s 3 different piano pieces, when it comes to the menu.
If you could record all three pieces, and up them here, in flac, then you would be doing a lot of people, a great justice.
Thousands would be very greatful man.

I have the official album in FLAC format but had previously added the theme variations (1-3,5) and Booze & Pills Loop from this rip, which is in (lossy?) OGG format captured from Line-In.

Anywho, with the hints from OrangeC I downloaded Open IV (v2.1) and ripped the tracks (only the above mentioned ones) directly from the game (as opposed to Line-In) and converted them to FLAC instead. I only did this for the sake of achieving uniformity in my (custom) album and apologize if it comes short of meeting anyones needs. Thought I’d share either way.

Notes
-I don’t really hear much difference, was hoping there would be less static / popping but I think that’s originally there in the game. FWIW, it does seem ever so slightly better (could be placebo effect)
-Size-wise, its only 5MB bigger than the OGGs
-Enjoy
