I manged to get this soundtrack from this thread back in 2010 when megaupload was around (Thread 37400) and I’ve had it on my back up drive for, I guess, 2 years ever since I’ve first gotten it.
NLA hasn’t been on and never reuploaded it. I decided to reupload it to mediafire since this amazing soundtrack to an amazing game deserves some recognition.

I’ve been looking for these downloads for awhile now since I lost my collection after a tragic flash drive and hard drive failure. I thought I’d never get them again after MegaUpload went down.

A note about tracks 12, 24, 59, 107, and 115 in the Edits folder: I downloaded an iso of Breakdown, extracted the music from it, and edited the tracks with audacity since the ones provided by NLA faded out before reaching their proper loop points.
And about track 59, and how it’s looped: Yes, that’s the way it was looped in the game, so, you’ll have to blame the person at NAMCO that was responsible for looping the music. :p
Huh. The Japanese version of the game’s website (http://www.project-breakdown.com/jp/index.html) is still up while the English version is down for good.
