Newest Shining title, released in March. Since they said an OST release is still undecided, here is the rip meanwhile.
Hiroki Kikuta of Mana fame did most of the tracks, while M_STR_3XX (vocal tracks) should be by various Elements Garden artists (released here (http://vgmdb.net/album/31715)).

(btw some tracks sound a bit scratchy and LQ, because they are heavily compressed for the PSP)
