The pair has worked on some of the best Star Wars fanfilms ever made, Ryan vs Dorkman 2 and Star Wars : Forced Alliance, before joining Lucasarts on Indiana Jones & The Staff of Kings, then Star Wars the Old Republic.
Temp tracks are never too far (the 6 Star Wars, of course ; the 2nd Indiana Jones movie ; the 1st and 3rd Harry Potter movies), but it’s charming and very well executed, in the style of the great John Williams.
Enjoy !

You can use Download Helper for Mozilla Firefox. Or perhaps Realplayer.
This is surprisingly good; nice to hear a Star Wars game score written by actual composers for a change. This may be the first one that actually genuinely sounds like a Star Wars score.
Try this:
Kinect: Star Wars Soundtrack by CW3PR Music on SoundCloud – Create, record and share your sounds for free (http://soundcloud.com/zachcw3pr/sets/kinect-star-wars-soundtrack/)
And, use Exact Audio Copy (EAC) to Record the playback.
P.S.
I have WAVed it, will upload soon.

What about The Old Republic? That was damned fantastic stuff.
One of the best Star Wars game soundtracks, indeed, Lennie Moore’s contribution more particularly. And do not forget Mark Griskey’s The Force Unleashed 1 & 2 ; the first one contained great modulations on the Force Theme, or the Rebel Alliance Theme.
About TOR – Lennie Moore’s sections were magnificent. Some of Haab’s were OK. The rest was unadulterated dreck.
PLEASE listen to this man. The last thing the world needs is another lossy transcode to confuse things. I’m sure someone will be kind enough to share the mp3s if anyone is incapable of figuring it out on their own.
Music composed by Gordy Haab & Kyle Newmaster

I have to agree with the positive comments on this one. Maybe it’s because this is the first non-Williams Star Wars music to be performed by the LSO, but this seems to be the first new SW game score that actually and truly sounds like Star Wars. Every other original game score, including Old Republic, just didn’t have that same "sound." It all sounded like (at times rather weak) Williams pastiche. SW Kinect at least sounds like good Williams pastiche, even if the temp/model tracks are instantly recognizable. I hope someday we’ll get a really cracking SW score that manages to venture a little further from the Williamsesque safe zone and incorporate, oh, pipe organ and blaster beam… Kind of like a late 70s/early 80s Jerry Goldsmith Star Wars score.
Oh the possibilities…
Of course thanks to klnerfan for the upload, it’s just too bad it’s only 128kbit mp3.
Thank you 🙂
