Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone had the collector’s edition soundtrack for Forrest Gump in FLAC?

I have the original release, but as I understand, the 2001 collector’s edition is remastered and features two bonus tracks.

I’m currently working on obtaining remastered FLAC versions of the other songs featured in the film, but excluded from the soundtrack. I will post these shortly!

I would be much obliged!

Depends. If you mean the Soundtrack with VA songs…maybe not? Or, maybe not the version you want. It has only been a day, don’t assume people will read this til the weekend, or that they will respond right away. It is not the edition that is hard, it is the Flac part…

YES!!! Spectre Gadget was nice enough to send me a FLAC of the original version, which I had but disposed of. His copy doesn’t have the glitches mine had.

But I would love to own the 2001 remaster!

By the way, I’m in the process of compiling the "missing tracks" (those left out of the soundtrack). I’m compiling remastered versions of them- mostly in FLAC. There are some that are only found in 320kbps MP3.

Should I post as a mix (FLAC & MP3), or should I post as one format (320kbps MP3)??
