Also known as "Our House," this 2003 comedy from director Danny DeVito is about a young couple who take drastic measures to evict the elderly tenant of a gorgeous New York apartment they yearn for. DeVito has always been fond of using David Newman as his composer, and for Duplex he provided music that mixes suspense with sly humor. Perfect for a black comedy.

No commercial soundtrack was ever released. This disc has 44 tracks totaling about 59 minutes, with 17 tracks under 30 seconds!
Great stereo sound. No dialog or sfx.
Tau and EAC indicated all tracks on this disc to be lossless.
Disc was ripped to FLAC using XLD.
Covers are from Plissken’s website, which I have permission to use. Both are considerably more attractive than what I got with my disc and also include track times.
