Just fixed it.

No offense, but the mp3s are not properly tagged and there are volume problems (very low when played with MediaMonkey).
TazerMonkey uploaded an excellent FLAC edition (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/chrono-trigger-playing-end-time-append-disc-100420/2.html#post1985739) that contains all 17 tracks, properly tagged.
It’s still up as of today.
