Number 13 might be Jo Mann Go (Polka) by James William Sturr Jr., which is also used in a film. And I think that 09 and 16 are also non-original music. According to imdb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100134/soundtrack) one of them might be: Society Ball by Ib Glindemann.

I tend to believe that 9 and 16 are Thomas Newman’s because he has written similar tracks for other movies.

Edit:
After giving it some thought, I don’t think at all 13 is Jo Mann Go because:
– it is not featured at all in the movie and it does not make sense to have that track listed in the film credits;
– there is another polka tune in the movie (that’s not on the score), just before Cafe Polka and that one is probably Jo Mann Go.
