I’ll take the FLAC version.

The volume’s quite low on these rips. Did you use m1/bridgem1 to rip these, by any chance? The latest list pack has the fixed volume percentage that the music is supposed to use (293% for Marvel vs Capcom), you just have to load the rom into it and click reload (in bridgem1) so that it automatically adjusts the volume to it’s correct level. I think m1 automatically applies it in command line.
