They have been releasing some stellar titles of late not the least of which was that box set you upped a few months ago, Umberto Lenzi & Franco Micalizzi, I listen to that set quite often.

It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the boxset so much!

Anyway, Beat released this month some new titles, including music from Bruno Nicolai, Francesco de Masi and Nico Fidenco! See here FSM Board: Coming soon from Beat Records – APRIL 2012 (http://www.filmscoremonthly.com/board/posts.cfm?threadID=88400&forumID=1&archive=0)

If you find those, please share! I’m especially curious about PORNO HOLOCAUST, that music is just sleazy fun!

I try to get ALL italian releases of that era cause i love that sound.Naturally i’m overwhelmed since i have limited funds. When i do purchase them i can safely say the disappointments are extremely rare. the composers standards were tremendous. I try to listen to the new stuff & I enjoy some but the ones dear to my heart are the italians of the 60’s – 70’s & 80’s.

I second undercovernasty’s comment. Most of the Italian school’s work is good compositional work. They’re always welcomed around here. And I have bought a Digitmovies title already due to recent posting on this board (while I had never heard of the label before….and I am sure they will get a good amount of continued business from me!

I tried to PM you and received a ‘ exceeded their stored private messages quota ‘.
Is it still possible to have a link to Black Box Affair Il Mondo Trema (Gianni Ferrio) (1966) (2010) .
Just lately I’m getting a passion for listening to Italian 60’s. 70’s and 80’s Italian OSTs.
It seems its something I missed out on in my youth.
Many thanks
