I’ve always found the logo to be awe-inspiring, and while this update is somewhat ‘different,’ it still retains the magic 🙂

Thank You to avatar17 and benuit for the audio, and dharmacide for the great behind-the-scenes video 🙂

Thanks Benuit for the improvment…
Gotta say I did it on the spot. Quick & dirty.
Jerry Tyler is such a talented composer 😉

Could anyone reupload this one please? By the way, do you have Goldsmith’s and Horner’s Universal logo? Thanks!

Likewise for Me, too. Been Looking Up Film Studio Logo History & I can’t imagine any Of My Back to the Future Soundtracks collections without The Universal Studios Logo theme songs.

To my knowledge, Horner’s cue is actually taken from the score for "Casper". You can find it on the soundtrack as "One Last Wish", near the end. Absolutely my favorite piece of music ever placed on a logo. Such an amazing cue.

You are thinking of the Cue that Set Up the 100th anniversary Universal logo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-4uSBih7Ng What I was talking about was the James Horner’s 75th anniversary logo. You know This one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlrXoJANLNs The one that Back to the future part 3 opened up with?

Ah, yes! What am I thinking?! Horner’s 75th and Goldsmith’s succeeding cue are also both among the greatest logo pieces ever created. It’s too bad they don’t release those for purchase somehow; I would buy them in a second. Perhaps someone can extract some good recordings from an appropriate Blu-ray release?

I have the blu-ray of Back to the Future Part III, but unafortunately no disc reader on my laptop to read it.

Perhaps anyone could grab a BDfull of it and rip it out.
