THANKS!Forrrrrrr the Ost!…..rrrr…. 😀
Flac/wav ?
@edit too late
Only an hour of music… it’s a bummer. And two tracks for collector’s edition – extended soundtrack my ass.
Thanks!
What is wrong with peeje? I was confused at first, but it is so easy to download. Just click and it moves, no weird codes to enter and its pretty fast. Uploaded.to is becoming popular now, which is unfortunate since they block access from USA addresses.
Please try again momentarily on peeje
xDDDD

I wonder how much of the music is ACTUALLY composed by Mansell, and if it’s only that one piano theme it seems unfair that he’s getting most of the attention and not Sam Hulick.
Never trust marketing, guys.
But is this the CE or the real Soundtrack?
Im confused.

Okay, what is up with FFShrine and really screwed up comments?
Probably all complaints from morons deprived of common-sense, relative to being far too stupid to google "how to convert wav to mp3"…
Personally I am very glad this isn’t yet another S.E.-included OST which was pre-encoded in shitty mp3 or the like.
Thanks heaps for your upload, man. ;-D
Yeah, agreed. This marks the second time I’ve downloaded a something from peeje, and also the second time I’ve felt the sense of relief and ease when contrasted with downloading stuff from just-about every other filehosting service under the sun (with the sole exception of mediafire.)
Dude, you have NO idea how much cum just gushed out of my dick. YOURS WOULD BE HURTING TOO. IT WAS LIKE GIVING BIRTH TO A CHILD THROUGH MY ITTY BITTY DICKHOLE.
FUCK.
I hope they do release an official stand alone like mass effect 2, because im sure theres much more music then this, Glad they kept it wave though. 🙂
SHEPARD! Your space suit looks… fantastic. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIiiiiiiiiii

Seems a bit of a strange excuse. Mass Effect 1’s soundtrack was missing a few tracks here and there sure, but it still had 37 tracks total on it.
Either which way, it’s sounding the weakest of the three, to be expected I suppose.
Thanks to the OP for the upload.
It’s evident that the production value for this score was higher than for ME2, but I found the tunes themselves lacking. Perhaps it’s the lack of truly memorable action music. No offense to Sonic Mayhem, but the action music they churned out was pretty uninspired – every one of their combat tracks sounds the same. While Hulick’s combat songs are decent, he shines more in his cinematic moments. Lennertz’s songs are impressive and upbeat but not quite as memorable as his ME2 DLC work. For those wondering, there’s no catchy "Grunt" or "Tali" kind of combat song this time around.
Another thing that pisses me off is how EA used Clint Mansell to hype up the game and he ended up pulling the Hans Zimmer videogame treatment – compose 1 theme and leave. Yes, I haven’t played the game, but considering the demand for Mansell, I doubt EA would have chose to only put a tiny selection of his work on the soundtrack. This particularly is disappointing as his theme is the only one I can remember from this score, and if he’d written more I’m sure this score would be more memorable.
Nevertheless, I found the cinematics music and quiet music much more powerful this time around, however, especially with the added piano. I’m not sure how well piano would fit a game like ME3, but it does give this soundtrack a bit more emotional depth than ME2. Unfortunately, even this music isn’t very memorable, really just predictable chord progressions and no thematic ideas. Despite this fact, I don’t doubt that ingame such songs might bring tears to many players’ eyes.
In summary, I really wish Jack Wall had stayed. There’s no juggernauts this time around: nothing as memorable as Suicide Mission, Illusive Man, Jump Drive, End Run, Collector’s Base, or Normandy Reborn, nothing as cool-sounding as Thane, nothing as catchy as Virmire Ride, Grunt, or Tali. Well, nothing we can do now. I just hope the game doesn’t disappoint.
Yes, I am disappointed that Clint Mansell wasn’t as involved as originally expected, but it’s still the best FUCKING soundtrack of the year.
I also wish Jack Wall was brought back. But alas, he may return for DLC scores.
There some extra tracks in there, one in particular: A track similar to "Reaper Chase". The Brute Boss Fight!!
People are allowed to express opinions and legitimate disappointment on this soundtrack without you putting it all down to general pessimism.
It’s a good soundtrack, but from what I’ve heard it’s not as good as the previous two. That’s quite a high standard though. Also the amount of tracks included is somewhat underwhelming.
Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.
Note though, I didn’t say it was a bad OST. Only that it’s not as good as the first two, which I own. Maybe after playing the game it will grow on me, but it didn’t grab me in quite the same way. It is good though, just not as much as I’d hoped.

Did you pay for it? Are you going to?
Just because people have the right to have an opinion about something doesn’t mean they should seek the internet for their private bitching. The point I was making is, you can’t please everybody. It’s fucking impossible. Doesn’t matter if Clint Mansell did the entire thing, and it was seven hours long. There’s someone out there that would whine and bitch.
If you didn’t spend your money on it, you don’t have the right to bitch. In my own opinion. Let’s bitch about something you’re getting for free.
I DID purchase the Collector’s Edition. I will download my own digital release, and I’m going to listen to the fucking shit out of it. I’d say my opinion weighs a hell of a lot more than the ungrateful people that just download everything for free and wait for the next mainstream soundtrack to leak.
Yep, it comes with the CE, right?

I dunno, I was fairly pleased with the Mass Effect 1 and 2 soundtracks. Putting people’s opinions down to "they wouldn’t be pleased with anything" is naive.

You of course make the mistake of thinking that everyone who is disappointed did not also buy the CE.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a worthy addition to my video game OST collection (and anyone else’s for that matter). It’s good, but not AS good as the previous offerings in the series (in my opinion). Also I would have liked it to have been longer. You can call that being ungrateful if you like, but it’s at least as valid an opinion as your horrific posts earlier about your dick.

Oh my god? So quick? Thats unbelieveble! Thanks and you are my third Hero! 🙂
Thanks, I could use one of these.
if you are though – unique in what sense? unique that he’s done the same thing ever since he worked on Myst 3?
Unique for a futuristic scifi, but yes, I agree that he continued to explore styles that were born out of the MYST series.
Unique for a futuristic scifi, but yes, I agree that he continued to explore styles that were born out of the MYST series.i still don’t get why he didn’t work on this game. or for that matter why he hasn’t really worked on a game in a good while.
Nothing bad really, just wanted to point out 😉
I’ve only just started my playthrough of ME3 but I’ve listened to the OST a ton already. Not sure if I just had a lucky guess or had a feeling the ending would not be as epic as I hoped for but my fears are turning true … just from listening to the OST lol. Been hearing a lot of fans not happy with the ME3 ending, now I’m afraid to finish the game lol.
I don’t know if anyone else feels this way (whether you beat the game or not) but just from listening to the OST end tracks I have my suspicions on the ending for the game lol.
Agreed! There isn’t enough ambient music on the soundtrack like the prievous scores of the franchise.

"What’s your favorite Mass Effect song, by you or by another composer?
Cris: From the official soundtrack, I really like Reaper Chase and The Scientists. There’s also one (not included on the Collectors Edition soundtrack) that we’re calling The Sanctuary that I’m pretty fond of. I know that’s three tracks but it’s hard to narrow it down to one!
Sascha: Yes, The Scientists is a pretty epic track. I also really dig the romantic theme by Sam. Oh and theres another exclusive track not on the CE soundtrack, called Legions of Doom. Its very minimal in a way but sounds very ME.
Sam: I couldn’t possibly narrow it down to just one, or even two or three, especially if we’re talking about the whole trilogy. There’s so much amazing music written by everyone who was involved. I am particularly proud of my work on "I Was Lost Without You" (romance theme), but I wouldn’t necessarily call it my single most favorite.

Game.
EVER.
Jack Wall has have no involvement with the production of Mass Effect 3 due to undetailed and "complicated" reasons.
Do you know what dos reasons are?
Maybe he as well didn’t like the ending!
:awsm:
I wish there were more Clint Mansell’s work in the soundtrack.

Most likely creative differences. Perhaps he wanted to do something his way and BioWare didn’t feel like it would work for the final installement of the trilogy.
1. Wake Up (2:00)
2. An End, Once And For All – Extended Cut (4:45)
3. A Future Than Many Will Never See (1:32)
4. I Will Watch Over The Ones Who Live On (3:24)
5. I Am Alive And I Am Not Alone (1:49)
6. We Fought As A United Galaxy (1:57)
7. Resolution (1:26)
I think Sam Hulick has heard about fan love for Catalyst theme and how it’s too short. So this EP includes longer version called "Wake Up".
