Can anyone tell me where these two music tracks are from?

I’ve had this on my computer for as long as I can remember and I have no clue where it’s from. I uploaded it to YouTube to see if anyone else knows, but to no avail, sadly. It’s simply called "Reload".

For this one, I’d like to know if this is an original composition, or if it’s from a Lupin III movie or something.

Don’t know the first one, but the second one sure sounds like a cover/variation of the Peter Gunn Theme. I have no idea where you could find it on CD though, assuming it was even released (it’s not on the game soundtrack, at least).
