It’s a recording. I have to record every track through the 3DS. Some tracks had too much sound effects for my liking and I skipped those. Other tracks I didn’t care for enough to record. I recorded the tracks I thought were best and left it at that.

Re-uploading now. Forgot to add fadeout for the first track.

OK thanks I guess no one knows how to rip 3DS games yet. But yea I would appreciate this soundtrack in the highest possible quality. Thanks again for those FLACs.

The Desert music does not have SFX. The wind in the desert music is part of the song. I listened to it while in the P-Wing menu, the wind still played. Also the "block themes" are sound effects themselves.

You’re right about the wind being in the song. I didn’t know about the P-Wing menu, might have saved me some trouble 🙂 Unsure what you mean with the block themes being sound effects themselves.

Yes, I know there’s more complete recordings out there. I made this recording because other recordings had a lot of unnecessary sound effect and the sound quality was rather poor.

Block themes – "Songs" in 6-4, S3-5, and S7-2. They don’t play when you are in the P-Wing menu. Not even the beats or the "music" play. Nothing. Actually they also don’t play when you have a Starman, just the Beep Beep Beep Clash! Bop Bop Bop Clash! and the Starman music. So basically there’s no music in those three levels.

I see what you mean. The main reason you can’t hear it in the P-wing menu is because it would break the level. Even with that in mind, they’re probably just sound effect. Doesn’t sound much like music to me anyway 😛

Still a partial rip since three days ago. Yep.

The "block themes" also start in a weird way. They begin in a random spot. Strange… I don’t know exactly how that works.

Did you get the "Shadow Mario" theme (The theme that plays when a Cosmic Clone appears) from an SMG2 rip or recorded it in game? I never found out the differences in both versions.
