I downloaded this due to Amazon’s ridiculous distribution limits, i.e. nowhere outside the U.S., but there appears to be four missing tracks?

Most odd… I right-click ‘n’ drag unrar’d it first time and out popped 8 tracks. After your post I double-left-click opened the rar file instead, and there they were – all 12 tracks.
Crazy. 🙂
