Anyways, these samples should give people a great idea of how this OST would sound.

Yeah man, the samples are full of awesome vibes… This may be the greatest SC soundtrack yet.

I was thinking the exact same thing!! 😀 SCV has to have the most ”Powerful” OST to the series, yet! If you get what I’m saying. 😉
Personal Favorites are Tracks 2, 4 & 6. I can’t believe we have Kikuta & Zur on the job!!! xD It blows my mind! :p
SC fans: DO NOT miss out on the LE OST!!! It’s going to be VERY promising! Trust me on this. 😉

i thought jesper kyd was doing music for this too???? or am i mistaken…..cause in the trailer there was a song called Ezio’s Battle(Venice Rooftop Remix)

Ezio’s Battle is the only contribution known so far from Kyd, there may be some other track in the game to accompany Ezio, but I don’t think even this one will be present in the OST. If you remember, there were several pieces from Star Wars by John Williams in SC4: Duel of the Fates (insert), Star Wars Main Title, The Imperial March when you fight SW characters, but those tracks weren’t included in SC4 OST. Since Ezio’s also a guest character like SW guys, the chance for his thematic music to be present in the soundtrack is very low.

And this sounds rather good indeed, the samples are promising, so there could be indeed some nice material to come. Thanks for the heads up! I really enjoy the SC scores, they all have a handful of really special and memorable tracks. The only thing is that the sampler (fake orchestra) they use sometimes sounds rather harsh and cheap, with too much high frequencies. So the partial use of a real orchestra this time is very welcome!

Ever since IV they used Eminence. Having said that — from what I’ve heard in gameplay videos, it’s going to be awesome. And 56 tracks are assured, so I believe I’m going to die by a musicgasm. (Yeah, muscgasm. Not eargasm. Intentional.)
