Alright, the preferred CD ripper out there is EAC. I’m not too familiar with it myself, but these guides should really help: EAC Guides (http://blowfish.be/eac/)

Anyways, if you can’t figure it out (though EAC is still best), dbpoweramp can rip your CD’s to flac.

On a side note, you wouldn’t happen to have the Metal Gear Solid 2 Sorter soundtracks, would you? Those are rare as hell in lossless too.

also i can get hi cuality rips from the digital graphic novel using emulator, but kinda lazy right know.

There are two MGS HD Editions in Japan.
One includes "Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty" and "Metal Gear Solid3: Snake Eater" and the "The Original Trilogy"-Soundtrack.
