Good of you to share this; however, there are a couple of things that came to my attention when I sicced Audacity on it in an attempt to convert it to a format usable by my portable player. First, at least one track (case in point, track 4) is 8000Hz mono instead of 44100Hz stereo; and second, not all use the same algorithm – for instance, track 5 is considered an ‘Advanced Audio Coding’ file

All tracks are AAC in a m4a container, Track4 is stereo and 44.1kHz.
