Once you have 5 posts, you’ll be able to PM. It isn’t instant- you’re moved into a new usergroup and sometimes it can take a couple hours before that happens.
So, pretty much:
1. Make 3 more posts
2. Check back in an hour or two
3. PM to your heart’s content
