Naruto Shippuden TV Soundtrack 3/ when?????

Does anyone knows when will be a release fro a third soundtrack for the tv series?? :/

I have been looking, and I was very anxious for a new ost this year, since it was like 2 years after the 1st release , and expected to be 2 years after the second release.

my best guess is that Yasuharu Takanashi is going to wait until the end of the 4th war arc, so he have alot of music to form the 3rd OST (possibly it could become a 2 Disc Soundtrack).

Also the newest naruto soundtrack made by Yasuharu Takanashi is The Blood Prison OST which may keep most fans waiting for the ost you are looking for, plus this year’s naruto movie soundtrack when it is released

I am pessimistic that it will ever come. Due to the fact that the official release date for previous OSTs of the series tend to be out each two years. For the movies it is always been July of each year. So with December now is behind us , there are less chances for actual existence of an anime series OST. In addition, I do believe that the end of the 4th war arc will put an end to the whole series this time. And a sort of DVD included tracks is more likely. I will be very disappointed if this is to happen :/ Because in general people are running short on providing cool and special stuff these days. Let alone for what could be included in a special DVD or bonus tracks. If you do not believe what I am saying ask a desperate thread called "NARUTO SHIPPUDEN THE LOST TOWER DVD LIMITED EDITION CD SOUNDTRACK"

It is getting pretty annoying about this. This Naruto series has been having teh same kind of attention has in the first series regarding the soundtrack.
It seems they are mostly concerned about releasing stupid vocal albums and relating them to naruto, when most of us do not care at all.
I have found in youtube a user you did very good rips of unreleased tracks of Naruto first series. The guy answered me once but now he is ignoring my messages. I am going wild of my head and I will rip from the youtube videos those same tracks. I saw Naruto first series, like…..in 2007. Saw the 220 episodes in 3 months, or less. (Yes I was addicted enough to like it and seeing it). We only had 3 soundtracks released for the series, and we have sooooo MUCH unreleased tracks and such very good music. BUt you had a lot and a lot of released vocal albums, that even to do not appear in series or arranged albums basically remixing in metal or other style the Opening and Ending themes. In all Naruto first series,I only like 2 Opening Themes….. Ending themes, I think I hate them all.
I am starting to believe thatthey are goind to make the same with Shippuuden.
So…
I am starting to believe we are going to need someone to rip the missing tracks.

I’m hoping it’s just been delayed to be released to comprise the whole Fourth Shinobi War arc in one product.

The ROAD TO NINJA Movie OST will be out on July 25th and a rip may be online 1 to 2 weeks after the release in japan

Yasuharu Takanashi will either release a 3rd OST(Hopefully a 2-Disc OST) after the anime ends or he will not release it at all.

Still He is busy with the ROAD TO NINJA OST, The Fairy Tail Movie OST and any other sanime series music he works on.

So let’s just keep grabbing the Naruto Movie OSTs when they come out until we get a offical confirm on a possible 3rd OST.

Another new track spotted for the first time. And used in the anime. Naruto Shppiuden Episode 282 starting @ 20:30-21:11. This one is so much amazing that I am almost losing patience here. At least for a release date :/
I hope this December as we used to see anime related OSTs releasing on December while movies used to be in June.

It will be so sad. The anime series seems to have so much episodes left. Based on what is happening on the Manga. It might still need a year or two. At least. Let alone for the filler that can be injected into the anime TV series. So we can say two years, maybe more. I am almost certain that the unreleased music can be 60+ tracks which can fill another CDs or more. And as long as it will be a profit deal for the studio to release more CDs, knowing that people are most likely to buy them, they should do it. I hope that I am not trying to be more optimistic to justify the hope in getting it sooner :/ Trying to convenience myself with this :/

A good idea is to Gather a list of the unreleased music from all of the episodes and summit the list to the studio, so they know how much music they could put on a future OST.

The Road to Ninja OST did have Breakdown which first was heard when Minato slammed a Rasengan on Masked Man.

So one thing they could do is release a bonus disc containing some TV BGM with the future movie OSTs

Since the music is being "belonging" to Aniplex, I am expecting to make the exact same stunt Taku Iwasaki sometimes does. Double CD Soundtrack.
Aniplex has done it with Angel Heart Soundtrack (http://vgmdb.net/album/19639) and Gurren laggan (http://vgmdb.net/album/21674) or Kuroshitusji (http://vgmdb.net/album/20121) and PERSONA -trinity soul- (http://vgmdb.net/album/8328).
Aniplex does it with other composers too. But since Takanashi was in Lantis with his lincenced music of Carnival Phantasm we also had a double cd soundtrack.
I am hopping Takanashi pulls that same stunt for the yet to be released tracks of shippuden tv series. :/

Exactly ! Doing this was somehow a signal, at least to me, that a release to TV anime OST is somehow far 🙁 As if they are telling the consumers, sharp ones, who use some analysis that we are giving you some missing tracks to release them here and there. Another bad sign for a possible release.

With the trend of most shounens, soundtracks being released when the series is over isn’t very likely. Generally music will come up during the first few years or so of an animes run or with anniversary stuff with dvd collections. This is what bleach did with their 5th anniversary box set. In my opinion something might come up when the manga ends (which more than likely will end before the end of this year but that’s just a guess). If nothing comes up then i’ll probably give up hope :(.

I think we need to start a petition or something and send it to whoever is in charge of allowing Takanashi’s music to be released. I mean i’m almost certain they would get a good number of sales from it. Idk but at this point i don’t think waiting is going to get us anywhere. We have to show them how passionate we are about having this music!

Quoting myself XD Correction: The track found at the pre mentioned timing is not exactly new. It is rather a sort of mix that can be found at Naruto Shippuden OST1. The title of the track is Reverse Situation, track # 26.
On topic :Hoping that November or December will bring some new about a release or so. If it will not, I guess we should not be so optimistic for anytime soon other than that.

Cheer up guys. I think I have reached something about Naruto Music in general and Yasuharu Takanashi scores in specific. The more you listen to an OST the more you discover something new about it 🙂 Should be true for all dedicated music fans. No ? 🙂
I do not think that other music tracks were borrowed from Movies. Except what Rinnegan Tobi said about Breakdown track, which is true. All other movies did not seem to borrow anything. At least I could not notice that. My memory is relatively strong for Naruto Sounds but we humans are sometimes wrong. Like the way it turned out in identifying the Reverse Situation track mentioned above. So apologize again and wishing when future generations will read this thread, they will learn the way we built up our thoughts while waiting for this OST XD. I hope we should not wait till we are old or dead 🙂

On a separate issue. It is now certain that many background music from the special episode 245, which speaks about Naruto family history, seems to be included in the recent movie, Road to Ninja, OST. There are at least two other tracks in addition to the mentioned breakdown. If you need references and timing of appearance let me know. My best guess is that this special episode was intended to be inserted into the latest Naruto movie. But clearly they moved it to the anime instead and kept the music.

no idea,i think Yasuharu Takanashi is currently working on "Fairy Tail OST Vol.4" which is a 2 Disc soundtrack (it comes out 3/20/2013) , so we may have to wait for any news until after the 4th fairy tail ost comes out.

There won’t be a Naruto movie soundtrack for this year as there won’t be a Naruto movie this year. Likely increases the chances of a Shippuden OST 3. I am happy that Road to Ninja did fit in a few TV tracks onto its soundtrack though.

He was the one who most pointed out the tunes of movies that were in the Tv Series. I so hope for a double disc FULL soundtrack.. 80 minutes each. :p

Well, the two TV soundtracks we got each had 28 tracks on them. It wouldn’t surprise me if OST 3 has 28 tracks as well, though it would be nice if it was a double-disc.

One thing I would check though: Naruto’s music is controlled by Aniplex, which has had a habit of releasing BGM 8 or 9 tracks at a time on "bonus" CDs on DVDs lately. I would check to see if Naruto Shippuden has had any of this going on in the last few years.

So you’re saying that the only soundtrack CDs that have been released involve all of the comedy music and the comedy music exclusively (along with drama CDs)? Ugh.

I suppose someday I might try to track down the comedy music just for completionism.

It is in 128 kbps. I think it was someone in the forum who find that by torrent search. 128 kbps dont do any harm to me, as the sound seems fine for me. But you are the one who said who need better ears-. XD eheh.
The tracks are very little. Total time of 9 minutes. By the feeling these tracks have I believe most of them were composed by Kenji Fujisawa, but the most comic tunes must be Hiromi Mizutani for sure.

Tbh the price for them isn’t really that bad. Compared to other soundtracks i’ve run across bundled with blue-rays which can reach between 86-380 dollars. I’ll probably be broke from all the soundtracks i’m buying in March and April but since i’m getting my taxes soon i might have some left over for it. My main priority is the road to ninja one though because i’ve waited to see that movie for a LONG time.

I’m not fluent in japanese but i can still probably grasp what they are basically saying lol xD.

In time I realized that famous people share the habit of saying not only very little but they also combine it with mystery, more questions and less clues, exactly as the conversation you shared above xD

With no offense to anyone, if he used more solid grammar, clues could have been found but it is not the case xD (P.S: My English is horrible too)
I think Takanashi knows that the release of the OST should be soon but perhaps it is the decision of the publisher that will say when it will be on shelves. Not sure though only my own thoughts.

Plus I hope with a near 6 year gap since OST 2, we couldome how get a 2 or even 3 disc OST

Fairy tail so far had 5 soundtrack releases, being the last 2 double cd…. I never saw Fairy Tail, and don’t plan on it, but look at so much music was released…. and compare it with Shippuden…
not counting with the movies….. look at the series treatment in matters of soundtrack. And look at the soundtrack years gap on fairy tail.

I have every Naruto anime soundtrack including every movie ost on CD. This third volume would encompass the greator portion of the shippuuden series I imagine with loads of unreleased material, especially from all the arcs that have happened, I CANT WAIT

Neppu Kairiku Bushi Road was an anime film not series last i checked so number of tracks would be more despite being on 1 CD with short cue lengths from seconds to one minute which is rare then again it came with a DVD Box as a bonus not a stand-alone soundtrack if it had i’m sure the number of tracks would have been less, anyways after watching the recent Naruto Shippuden episode this week after being told were back to canon no more filler episodes, i hope Kaguya Ōtsutsuki intro music is on it god damn Takanashi the intro is also as good as the BGM from

I used that album as an example since is the only one that came to mind. I’ve seen OSTS with good amount of tracks but several of them got the one minute treatment, just can’t think of one right now. And frankly Storm 4 ost is mediocre at best, but that’s just my opinion.

I hope that not many new tracks would be similiar to each other just like Shouryuu and Narukami ones.

I know about two times it’s been played, but maybe somewhere else too. I have a list of episodes with tracks used in them, but it’s far from complete, so I’m not sure 😀

Bijuu Kazoe Uta ("Bijuu Counting Song") from episode #330 – also composed by Takanashi. Though, it’s only a guess, and it’s entirely possible that they failed to add one. To clarify, I only guessed it based on the fact that they only added 24 tracks. . . and the Bijuu Counting Song was added way back, when they played it in the anime. I could be wrong.

could possibly be older tracks, given their generic names.

The rest are recent tracks. *Gouchini Tatsu (Fujisawa’s track) has very slight chance of being a new track played in a recent episode (because his tracks at times sound like Takanashi. I think it sounds like him, but who knows), but the name inclines towards it being an older track.

Note: I’m assuming that the composer created those pieces using the manga as reference. At best, he knows of the 3-4 months worth of episode plan ahead of their releases. Beyond that, he does not — and neither does the animation studio for that matter. The Musashi track ("Michi wa Suzuku"), for instance, sounds like a re-arrangement, based on the last chapter of the series.

The reason I missed out in the original listing was because the JASRAC gave it the same ID as the original one from 14 years ago. They edited the original entry, appending details for Shippuuden.

I think NARUTO Main Theme was mandatory – I just hope it’s not same as The Last. . . and the series kind of deserve Musashi tracks for its closing notes. After all, they defined the NARUTO soundtracks. Also –

Yodobashi (yodobashi.com/NARUTO-ナルト-疾風伝-オリジナル・サウンドトラック-Ⅲ/pd/100000009002566829/) also have the track lengths.

They should have released this OST 2-3 years ago, containing all the War arc tracks, and the fourth now, with Kaguya arc stuff. I have a feeling they’ll really screw us over with this one.

If I were to guess, "Yondaime Hokage" is the beautiful track when Minato says goodbye to Naruto in episode 168. I’m really looking forward to that being released. "Gentle Hands", subsequently, might be Kushina’s theme from the Confining the Jinchuuriki arc.

Edit: So over 7 years of waiting and after tracklists names reveal i we/fans get the idea we will get old arc music/everyone who’s comment/replyed on this threads wants, not only did we get samples but get kicked in teeth with new stuff not/i complaining is not a bad thing but adding insult to injuries and Aniplex adding a large amount of salt on my/fans of the music opens wounds to add rearrangements of movie scores on to it NO 2CD either, this is one serious hurt locker (not the movie) here. At least those youtubers will have an increase of views, sub & likes for their ripping/editting the music from series better go hit the track recycle button and cry over pot of ice cream

You absolutely have the right to be disappointed! Me being also a huge Naruto Shippuden fan who has grown up with the music that I waited for for years and years. I am not saying you should not be disappointed. However, we should have understood the release message once we saw the cover page, which indicates more recent arc music thing.

I also listened to the samples and everything except the very first few are what actually matter. The remakes of the main theme and most of the tracks toward the end seems like nothing but fan remakes :/ It is not the music we have grown up with listening in the Shippuden anime.

Who is our colleague here who used to contact Yasuharu Takanashi on his facebook page? I think it is time to send a fan compliant and perhaps to ask about the lost pieces. Yet again guys listen to the full OST first! 🙂

I think its about time in releasing some of the unreleased stuff. But here is the catch.. certain labels actually make incomplete soundtracks on purpose so later they can make money profit form it. Even my meager expectations were not met by this release. Aniplex truly does not care, and I doubt they ever did.

my main complaint is just they should have added another minute on these tracks and maybe have renamed Track 1 to Something like "Tailed Beast Power"

I don’t think re-arrangements are an issue. If a track is 2-minute long on average, they could have easily added 6-7 more tracks, but didn’t. This is beside a 2-CD release being a possibility, which brings me to my next point ???

If they were gearing for a release solely because it had been a long time since the last one, then a 2-CD option was a logical move for them; you rule out re-arrangements altogether, especially the ones based on the original series. However, their intention was quite clearly to release a soundtrack that reflected the end of the series, and both the cover art and tracklist prove it. Because the series is in fact nearing its end, this soundtrack is more or less a movie-like soundtrack.

Thus, it seems justified. Don’t misunderstand, like you, I’m frustrated too (considering the few tracks that I looked forward to, the most, weren’t released), but I don’t think they were ever going to cater to our demands, just because we waited for 7 years. They’re publishers, and dealing with numerous franchises. . . 7 year time-period is the least of their concerns.

The samples themselves are godly i think the soundtrack itself will still be great just that everyone awaited all the previous songs that were unreleased for soo long…hell from pain invading straight on…and i enjoy some of the unreleased music from that arc

The old OSTs are really just amazing! Keeping discovering something new every time I listen to them. Now I am really hopeful that the share of the OST 3 will be in the next few hours. I am sure I will repeat the first 5 tracks many times, they are really good!

was Yasuharu specific in saying it was unreleased tracks from the TV SHOW or unreleased tracks as in… soon to be released from a movie. Boruto Movie 2 was confirmed for this year.

Probably that he hopes for a release. Unfortunately, he has no say in what gets released — and when. A few days ago, I asked him if in the near future (or far), there was a possibility of a 4th or maybe even a 5th soundtrack. He said, it’s possible that future DVD releases might have it (he meant bonus CDs) but the decision was entirely upto SONY/Aniplex.

On the other hand as Hasan said… we should not hope for too much. The release was just almost one week passed us… And yeah.. we are enthusiastic but this won’t help.

A few months wait could indicate, whether they’re planning a release. I recall, the soundtracks for Terra he were released few months apart — as was the case with those of Jigoku-Shoujo. It helps that the anime is gearing towards the final fight (they have already revealed the visuals for the last battle), which means the current fillers (ends next episode) will be the last before they finish up following the main story.

. . . and that’s pretty much what I wrote to him before asking for future releases, HCL. 🙂

The track "Predicament "…. damn. that was one hell of a track, and still is. I got myself hooked o that track for years. also "Glued State (technostuff only)". Love these 2 a lot. I was so sad at the time that they were not released.

Also u should check out his other playlist…his fairy tail playlist is nice too…because fairy tail too the first series has some unreleased material not plenty but stil its good to have

Oh yes, sorry I was not attentive. He said original Naruto in his post, yes. Hmm by looking at it now and observing that there are that many music that was not released from the original Naruto, may indicate that at least as many could still not be released for Shippuden as well :/
