Converting from FLAC to MP3 is easy. It’s in your interests to have conversion software and to know how to do this, if only to spare you from having to wait on others to do something for you.
Taken from VGMdb THANKS!!! to Ramza from VGMdb for this scans.

Thanks, alexfilth, for the upload. I have to be honest, after all the hype this soundtrack has received… it’s pretty disappointing. Most tracks are just random noises played simultaneously without clarity or melody, and the vocal tracks are universally awful. I realize XIII-2 had a relatively rushed development process, but I thought Japan had finally gotten over its habit of hiring non-native speakers to sing English lyrics. (Not that the native English speakers on this soundtrack are any better.)
Hopefully the tracks are at least bearable in the game.

He’s absolutely 100% correct. And I don’t see anything pompous in suggesting that folk equip themselves with the necessary knowledge to make their lives easier and avoid imposing unnecessarily on the generosity of others. It’s only manners and common sense.
