EDIT: It doesn’t seem like some of the tracks are looped right, if at all. Songs like King of Speed and Sky High are too short and are missing the bridge sections after the 2nd repetition, which are actually in the game. And the Karaoke versions of the songs are supposed to have endings IIRC.

Luckily, I’ve got materials to loop them properly.

This one doesn’t include the Name Entry tracks because they’re the same ones from the Saturn/Arcade versions, but it does have the Sega sound.
