The term ‘slut’ seems to imply, at least in this thread, a female that’s as sexual promiscuous as a man.

Actually, I presumed by Crysta’s choice that she really means just a character that dresses in ridiculously revealing clothing for no real reason other than to look slutty.

On that note, I’d say Tifa would come very close to Rikku – I mean, she’s regarded as the FF series de facto sex symbol simply because of her ridiculously oversized chest and rather demeaning attire of sports bra and micro-miniskirt (although, to be fair, she is a barmaid and she is a martial artist – wearing heavy clothing would just be hindrance in battle.). The huge torrent of (often disturbing) hentai based on her is testimony to that fact.

At least she was redesigned for AC, being given a breast reduction and far more conservative attire. But my point still stands.

Rather ironic then that both characters were created by none other than SE’s head belt fetishist Tetsuya Nomura. :~

Marrying a general instead of a nobody, awkward soldier doesn’t make someone a slut.

Julia definitely wasn’t slutty in any way. If anything, Laguna probably got her to open up a little, inspiring her to use her natural musical talent to song writing and singing, and releasing the (IU anyway) hit-single Eyes on Me).

Sure, she married Caraway, but that was only because Laguna disappeared after the Lunatic Pandora incident (presumably the Galbadian military classified him as MIA, and presumed dead, hence the reason why she married Caraway – the game mentions they got close after Caraway comforted her over Laguna’s disappearance.).

In any event, it was a moot point given the fact she was killed in a car accident anyway.
