THE LEGEND OF THE LIVING SEA (Walter Scharf, 1971) – VINYL-RIP @320k RARE!

Walter Scharf, who wrote the music for the early Jacques Cousteau TV documentaries of the 1960s,
also composed The Legend of the Living Sea, a 40-minute work for an underwater documentary shown
by Cousteau on the Queen Mary. The LP made from this score is probably a composer-approved private pressing,
it’s labeled "Ocean Records OR-7111". 😉 At one point this was one of the most valuable and rarest "soundtrack" LPs out there,
and it still hasn’t made it to CD (AFAIK). The music is lovely, Scharf at his very best!
