The music from this is available on the soundtrack for the game under different names, for example Raising the Devil is the track Dante’s Office 7 Hells Battle.

Owning that DVD, I can confirm what he said… The only exclusive track to this release, to my memory, is #19 "DNC (Dark Half Mix)"… But perhaps that was released on the compilation album… What was it called? Dangerous Hits, or something like that. You could also compare tracknames between this and the OST to come to the same conclusion.

EDIT:
Ok… There’s not an exclusive track in this, a few tracks got looped differently. Guess the main difference is DVD sound-quality.
