I think the link Snow Vilers has found is not a rip of the box(at least for 19 Disc of CD). Tracks of Disc 18 are in wma format(256kbps) while others are in mp3(320kbps). Some tracks are tagged with "NTT" as publisher, which is the publisher of the original ost.
So? At least for these 19 Discs CDs, I think the poster may just collect all of the original OST and then bundle them together.
For DVD, I haven’t downloaded it yet, maybe someone else can check it first.
