Here’s a gamerip solution for anyone who wants to rip it themselves. It’s very simple.
Get a PC version of ITSP.
Go to installation folder data > sounds > PC. There’s a bunch of .FSB containers. Use aluigi’s FSB files extractor 0.3 (fsbext) (http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers.htm) on them to extract WAVs.
WAVs extract with proper files names, and are 1,411 kbps PCM.
