I oddly didn’t need to use the pass to extract this… :erm:

dBpoweramp says the encoding settings is VBR-0. The best version!
I didn’t know Amazon offered that kind of encoding.

Encoder LAME 3.97
Encoder Settings Variable Bit Rate -V 0 (Extreme)
Audio Quality Very High (Lossy)

Thanks for this! Cannot wait to order the actual disk for listening in my car. It’s actually more difficult to listen to the soundtrack than the fanmade suites floating, simply because the separate cues are even more frightening than when mashed together and the lack of distorted film dialogues that even assuage that lonely fear. I’ll play a track and then switch to something idiotic like LMFAO to reset the mood. And listening on headphones in the dead of night… :ashine: I always get the feeling the ugly old hag is creeping up behind me. LOL. The price we pay to listen to genius.

My biggest gripe was how short the cues were. Sure, I kinda knew and expected that with the album after seeing the film but listening through each cue it makes me wish that each one would just keep going. Joseph Bishara is a composer we definitely need to keep an eye on in the future. He scored the remake of Night of the Demons but that totally didn’t match this in terms of effectiveness and he also has 2 more horror themed scores planned: 11-11-11 and Torture Chamber. Definitely can’t wait!
