how to convert flac to mp3 (for windows )?

I looked for some tutorial, but they all for mac
anyone knows any good free software ?

Foobar2000 can do it, and it will keep your tags.

Just load the songs to the playlist, select them, right click, convert and choose your settings.

I think you may have to get the FLAC codec and install it on your computer first. Its been so long I cant remember.

All you do is select your songs press convert and select your output format. For example if your starting format is FLAC you select the output format to any of the mp3 variants you want and then select the folder or location you want it to be stored.

besides Foobar2000 do i have to download anything else ?
i only have foobar2000 (maybe that’s why i can’t convert it)
i didn’t find any tutorial (in this forum)
what’s lame encoder ? do I need that ?

it’ seems that we don’t need flac enconder, only lame
and I don’t know yet what’s "dsps"

dbpoweramp does the job too, it’s what im using to convert FLAC to mp3 , mp3 to FLAC etc.
