I have searched for this for SO LOONNGG!!! And if they ever release one, I’ll be the first to buy it. Unfortunately, there has not been an official release or a rip of the music anywhere I can see except for some youtube videos.
However – get the soundtrack of Invasion by Jon Ehrlich and Jason Derlatka. About five or six of the tracks on that soundtrack are featured in the early seasons of House, including the tracks The Rose, Emily’s Theme, When They First Met.

I do not have house, I had a large archive but it was dvd rips, same as most of the housewives stuff, so I deleted it. I have not seen even one cue anywhere for this, and i have looked…

yes there is a set like that out there, it is similar to the housewives ones, with minimal echoes and fx. I did not keep it, and am not sure if i can find it again.

No, I do not know. I have like three or four tracks from the series that are clean, composed by additional composers. Three tracks, Jermaine Stegall.

That’s all I found at the time. It has been some time since I went hunting however. As to the rip, it was simply called House MD score or somesuch.
