You need the password and login for the iTunes account that purchased them. You’ll need to burn them to a CD and rip them to mp3, mp4 or whatever to share with others.

Is there a guide on the forum to doing this? I’m woefully inexperienced with CDs.

You’ll actually need to burn two cds, seen as the music is more than 80mins long.

You need to create two playlists and name them whatever, select tracks 1-33 and add them to the first playlist you created, then right click on the playlist and select burn to disc. The default settings should be to create an audio CD with 2 second gaps, then select burn. Add tracks 34-43 to playlist 2 and repeat.

Does anyone have a rip for the remade and chiptune versions? You know, from the iOS release.

I wanted to rip them, however, I’m lacking equipment right now, so I went inside the app’s innards with iFunBox (a file manager for iDevices) and all of the app’s data is encrypted in .bin files. I went ahead and tried opening them with VLC Player, but some of those files gave me errors as if they were undefinied files. I still have most of the .bin files on my computer, in case someone wanted to try them.

there’s also a theme song that goes with this release too that was put out on japanese itunes… anyone grabbed that?

Indeed, I too am interested in getting the chiptune versions. IMO, they’re the best version of the songs.

Yeah, there are 5 songs in iTunes for it. Vocal theme, instrumental version, World of Light, World of Darkness Battle Theme and the Battle Theme for the 4 generals. The latter 3 are from the game itself. If I’m not mistaken, you can hear the Vocal Theme Song in the game’s official site.

I’d love to do a game rip for the chiptune album, but I still haven’t completed Chapter 2, so I’d be missing tracks until I finish the game.

I’m currently ripping the whole chiptune soundtrack, so far I’ve got 21 of the 41 (#36 Dark Flow and #43 Whereabouts of the World don’t have a chiptune variant).

I really can’t give a specific date on when I’ll finish and upload, but I expect to have them before the 22 of this month, if not, I’ll just post what I have so far.

Well, I’m kind of in a pickle. You see, even though the game has 15 save files, I used most of them in Chapters 3 and 4. I don’t seem to have access to Love of the Minstrel (Eduardo’s song).

Also, I need help finding the following tracks in-game. (This game really needed a sound test of sorts…)

Valley of the Dwarves (I know where this is, but I can’t get there)
You are Distant (I don’t really have a clue to where this one plays)
Happy Streets (this song plays when Nacht finds a "forbidden" magazine and Alba spices things up)
Shock!! (Weird turn of events, I guess)

Dark Flow and Whereabouts of the World, as mentioned earlier, do not have a chiptune version, I’ll just provide their regular versions for the sake of completition along with the new piano medley at the latter part of the credits sequence.

The rest of the tracks are done. All I would need is to fill in the tags, track numbers, cover art and some other kinks. 🙂
