is there any way of converting .gbs and .nsf without having to convert them one by one because they all have the same title and foobar doesn’t seem to be any help

Foobar can’t open the files until you install this plugin: foobar2000: Components Repository – Game Emu Player (http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_gep)
Then you can convert them just like you would any other file.

my problem isnt converting. my problem is when i try to convert multiple files of the same .nsf foobar outputs the files all with the same filename therefore it asks if I would like to overwrite the previously converted file forcing me to convert and rename one file at a time. Is there anyway around this annoyance?

Oh! I get it.
Okay, when converting, go to your processing options and add %list_index% to the output filename (something like this ()).

That tag represents the track’s position in the playlist.
