Requesting The Last Samurai Recording Sessions

If anyone’s got any insights on where/how to get this, or even where to look at track listings…thanks

There is not a complete recording sessions. The best ive found is a complete score that’s all.

Which is likely what he wants. I notice a lot of users use the term "recording sessions" without really knowing what that may entail. Not all, of course, but lots. Especially with all of the recent leaks being named that, when they really aren’t….

No, I meant the entire thing–all of the music. Which evidently nobody seems to have, or know where it might be…or who owns rights to it. Maybe not called "recording sessions" but something a little more complete than that "expanded score" which is basically just the OST tracks split up into different ones and re-arranged (and not to mention how they keep repeating…), and some tracks from the DVD rip that are low in SFX. I also have the "complete score", kinda hard to listen to the score through all those SFX. And it obviously doesn’t include any other unused mixes Zimmer composed for the film. Looking for something REAL. But I guess it’s not happening, and won’t be for a long-ass time. Thanks anyway, though =]

Probably not then. I am not really up on what is out there for most Zimmer stuff. But, I do not think that what you are looking for is out there for now. I meaqn, obviously it exists, as all scores do. just not where it can be shared. Certainly, there is nothing official. Not really a matter of owned rights, for something like this. All of these types of things are unofficial, and technically not legal to share…

Like the Pirates, and many Zimmer stuff, may be tough. But, hey, lots of stuff seems to be surfacing lately, so we are learning to never say never, right? What, a year ago, the Batman Begins, Dark Knight, King Kong….all of it was not considered to be likely to be had, and yet, here we are…:)

Yeah, and it’s rumored that Inception and Transformers: DotM will be released by the end of September. So yeah…maybe The Last Samurai WILL come around sometime. By the way, you got any news on the DoTM/Inception releases?

I already have that, it’s the DVD rip I mentioned earlier. It has SFX, it’s not the real thing.

It is no good. That site does not get any real leaks. There has been a lot of talk about it it. As for the Inception and such, I do not know anything beyond what is posted here. Supposedly around the first of the month, assuming the poster is for real, and will actually share. A lot of "ifs" there….

I was wondering where this guy got all this stuff. Because POC 4 complete recording doesnt appear anywere , but only on his blog.

it could be that its a dvd-rip, which if it were low quality wouldnt be shared elsewhere
