The megau link was acting up but the direct download works.
Posting in FLAC is rather pointless as it’s not lossless.
But I will say that the quality is substantially better than the previous Jak 3 rips so thanks for the effort 🙂
It would be better to have it in OGG since it’s the least lossy codec available and the quality difference between the OGG and the FLAC would be negligible, not to mention the file size saved. Lossless formats should only really be used for direct file conversions. That way the quality stays the same as it is in game.

Jak and Daxter OST Collecton (download torrent) – TPB (http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/7058143/Jak_and_Daxter_OST_Collecton)
the upload is recorded with line-in so it’s not the best but it the best your gonna get out of a jak soundtrack because the audio on the disc itself is unrippable for now
Only Jak I and Jak II are sequenced music.

the torrents
You need the iso of the game. You mount it with daemon tool. You look for bgm files.
Then you simply open them in ADPCM Player.
Then you simply open them in ADPCM Player.
what if I only have the disc, is there a difference?
Just insert the disc and look for the vag folder.
I think Jak X is compressed or you’ll have to look for the interleave which can be a tricky process.
As for Jak 3, I can provide the native files you can convert with ADPCM player.
Jak 3.7z.001 (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?jrc7st4u96lc1u9)
Jak 3.7z.002 (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?x0jk7wwsmh798k8)
Jak 3.7z.003 (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?pd05rcq4etfcs5o)
Jak 3.7z.004 (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ssgxsy98drarpr8)
If you use them, be nice and share them with the other people in the forum.
Some might want them too.
Converted to wave, you’ll get a real lossless soundtrack you can convert again to flac or ogg vbr q10.
Avoid mp3 (even vbr).

so I found the file, opened it, then converted everything to wave and this is what they sound all like:
032 – VAGWAD_01728000.SVAG.wav (http://www.mediafire.com/?hq3ms3labr7edal)
it’s similar to the sound you hear when you play the same song in different programs offset by about 2 seconds
If yes, don’t convert to wave from ADPCM player. Just extract them, rename the files extension from .svag to vag and open them in winamp with the latest vgmstream plugin installed (google it if you don’t have it).
Convert them to wave in winamp with the discwritter plugin and then use dbpowerAmp if you want flac.

Is it just me or does the ADPCM player v1.44h link not work?
I’m fixing it right now.

Hey people. Don’t be rude and say thanks when downloading.
Can you still play it in media player?
If yes don’t worry about it.
If not, then use winamp with vgmstream plugin to convert from .vag to .wav.
YEA ITS PRETTY GOOD FOR a LINE-IN Recording. You can also get a copy here http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/view-all

OK cool so Ill upload the FLAC files later on tonight. They played in my media player just fine so I shouldn’t worry right…
But you should rename the files. Too damn long filenames.
That could cause problems when extracting them from the winrar (or zip) archive.
