Yeah but it all depends. Like with Terminator 2, that was Varese, but then re-released by Silve Screen. Technically, since the tracklist and the material used is the same, it shouldn’t have been posted, but because it was by a different label, it was acceptable. It’s technically the same with recording sessions (although a little bit different) – if they weren’t sourced from the Varese release, are they covered by the rule banning Varese?

That’s the first time i hear this. When does Jessie said that the unreleased tracks can be posted?
I thought the deal was that even the unreleased tracks cannot be shared in public, if the music of the OST is only licensed under the VS label. Or any of the others banned labels for that matter, yet right to share if the music is reissued by any of the non-banned labels.
