is the stickied thread:notice spam / advertisements / things mods & admins need to deal with supposed to be a gif? when i click it to see if it works,it says gif in the internet direction.

GIF direction? Do you mean like a redirect? I just checked the thread in question and it loaded up perfectly for me, and this is the URL in the address bar (I literally copied and pasted it from the address bar): Thread 30368
I have no idea what problem you’re having, other than maybe your system is infected with a virus or some other piece of malware.
